Went earlier this afternoon and it was overrun with kids I could not get a chance to go in the sauna. The steam room. Or the jacuzzi as the kids were getting away with using them all, so I left as quick as I got in and politely asked for a refund and the staff were happy and polite enough to do so.

We recently hosted our pre wedding event at The Point in Cornwall, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. They accommodated our 130 guests on the top floor, and the space was perfect—beautifully set up with a lovely atmosphere.

The food was fantastic, and we received so many compliments from our guests. The children had a great time, with the freedom to play outside, which really added to the relaxed and enjoyable vibe of the evening.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and made sure everything ran smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better venue, and we look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend!

Golf at The Point is getting better and better each year I play there. Played yesterday and the course is in great shape. The fairways are good and the quality of the greens is very good. The condition of the course generally was excellent and the views super. Becoming a very good golf course.

Dropped in for a bar lunch with friends, have been before and will be back as often as possible. Chef creations are original and delicious, top notch and not expensive. Lovely staff, highly recommended. Many thanks.

Played golf at The Point on Sunday. The greens have been seriously upgraded and are now the best in Polzeath in the opinion of our group. Great value, for a fabulous course that keeps getting better and better.

(The burger is superb too!!)

Wherever we have lived we visit Cornwall when we can. It’s one of our ‘happy places’ and The Point is a very happy place! The location is perfect. Close enough to the epicurean delights and stunning walks and beaches of North Cornwall yet quiet and remote enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. The premium holiday/vacation rentals are world class for with great views, all amenities and very comfortable. The food and club house don’t disappoint and most importantly the team are both professional and friendly. We are lucky enough to stay in some great places and The Point is somewhere we will return to again. PS. Make sure you check out the new Koto Cabin Holiday Homes they are building. They are exceptional. Also treat yourself to a wet shave or beard trim with Josh at Busters Barbers on site.

Only played golf and then afterwards had a tea and ham sandwich. Good golf course, changing areas, shower and toilets very good. Restaurant well furnished with a lovely view across the golf course to the sea. Good variety of food and drinks our ham sandwich with pickle was very tasty.
