Not played table tennis for about 30 years until Wednesday had a great time getting beaten by older players. The difference is they can play and i had forgotten everything, friendly banter and a good lesson in humility. I will be back.

a great place for help the aged great place for older people to go and dance and have a cup of tea has a little workshop there for the men to fiddle around with their wood. actually spent a lot of time there as a kid my grandma was the secretary there and so I did spend a lot of time and some memories in the school summer holidays based there.

A venue for the over 50s. Lots of different activities from scrabble and indoor bowls to tai chi and zumba. Friendly, welcoming and an asset to Morecambe.

An excellent centre for young people over a certain age ( 50 ). Well organized and run activities, good cafe, a small car park for the less mobile. Well worth the membership charge.

Very welcoming very warm lots to interesting courses to join,lovely cheap hot food chicken casserole today usually home baked cake to buy!!
