Portobello Road Market is a wonderfully spent few hours in the beautiful city of London. It's a place where all our senses come together. We'll also witness a multitude of colourfull, smiling people and hear a mix of various music styles. We'll indulge in unique dishes. It's fantastic place for a day or even longer.

Although I love shopping there , but the ignorance and rudeness of certain staff is appalling, you need to retrain your staff for good customer service . They rude, abrupt , no eye contact , not even an apology when I had to return an item that was sold without a part which was a big 2.75m umbrella , only to be told they had the part in store but forgot to put it in the box. So had to carry the item twice . First she let me waiting at the till although she I was there before her customer . She served a customer before then left me there . Somebody else has to come and help me didn't even get a receipt for my item.secondly the same person. Didn't want to hear what I got to say about the product when I was trying to explain what was missing ( she just cut me and say we got it at the back , not even apologising for there mistake or taking consideration that I got to carry this item twice which could have been avoided. She definitely need to keep her bad manners at home and come to work as a professional

Negative. Negative. Bought some wallpaper earlier this month. Was told by a staff member buy more than enough as you can return what you don't need. Went to return it today and was told we are a few days over their return policy. Didn't want to help at all. We spent a lot at the range but won't be spending another penny. Beware after sales services are very poor.

Very busy store but got help quickly. Assistant was great. Found what we wanted but couldn't buy immediately without measurements. Went home knowing what to get online but at least we had tried the product and found it perfect and all info from a person rather than a robot.

It's was nice big store have various departments price also not bad easy access have good car park inside the store has Iceland show and cafe too. This store has good size garden center furnisher, summer and outdoor department art electronic lot more. Good. Place to do shopping when you looking something for your house.
