The Cafe in the Range Paignton is a delightful escape.

My friend and I visited The Range yesterday to buy MDF primer and paint, and we had a great experience. The store had a good selection and we were able to find everything we needed. One of the staff members was especially helpful, helping us look for the primer and making sure we had all the supplies. I'm looking forward to getting started with my painting and I really appreciated the excellent service!

Although this place has everything and the staff are all very helpful, the price at the till does not always reflect the price on the shelf… The staff say they go by the prices online and won’t sell for the lower price stated on the shelf itself. The mess outside the rear of the building is disgusting with litter flying around everywhere.

Good place to furnish / update your abode. Not exactly high class but affordable with terrific choice. Staff are chill and knowledgeable. Could get lost in here for yonks - good if it's raining!

They need to sort their pricing system out. You go to the tills with the item and the price is not the one stated on the shelf edge,they won't let you have it for shelf price and then come up with some twaddle that they don't have to. Blah blah blah! I'm surprised they're still trading. Apparently it's a known fact that they don't price stuff properly.

Visited my local Range store to get two items and came out with a trolley full lol. Plenty to choose from and great to have an in site mini Iceland store for some last minute groceries. (Might not be available at all Range stores I guess)
I dropped one star as one item I wanted wasn't priced. This is is quite common I find in a lot of places nowadays, not just The Range.

DO NOT BUY amaryllis plants in boxes, they have grown inside, curled around box and are damaged. Tried to return, very bad management here, would not exchange as not their policy so you would just be giving your money away. Returns policy conveniently placed so purchasing customer does not see, therefore not clear. Obviously do not care about customers. They are aware of what they are selling is substandard. Lost my custom, other better places to buy from. Can't post comments unless you give them 1 star which obviously would not give.
