My son dropped my bank card in the store. Mark who thinks he's in charge refused to give it back. They called me while I'm recovering in hospital. And expected me to come down and collect it. I explained the situation gave Mark the name on the card and last 4 digits and would still not return card. Offered to send over my driving licence and face time him. He still refused. My family now have no money until my new card arrives. Mark even said there was no-one in charge in the store which again is disgusting. We called head office ourselves as he refused point blank to help. And it was confirmed by them that we could have been given it and all he said about being noone higher was lies. Mark needs to learn how to deal with customers. This is all I needed today after just having surgery. 20 minutes of the same quotes being said by him. How would I know the name on card and account number. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT.UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT

I went to check out their christmas decorations, and they had a lovely selection. I was in my electric wheelchair and found the aisles a little on the small side. I had to check that it was empty before entering, making it inconvenient for myself and others. Another problem was pricing. Nothing had a price ticket and you had to rely on things being in the correct place to get the right price. The other problem was lack of stock for some of the larger display items. I would shop their again as they do have a great selection, but the experience isn't so good

Heard you can now take your dog in the Range! I would have spend much more time and money tbh in there of I had know earlier /Christmas as I was conscious of time because of leaving my dog alone for long periods like many people ..Now, I will take my best friend and buy all my bits at this shop, and boy do I spend! Lol.. please advertise this more about being dog friendly!

Manager and staff are clueless about products..
Had an item showing as a different SKU compared to online and so price was more in store..and when i typed the SKU in their website it shows a different item.. staff said its the same.. when it is clearly a different colour and the features are different!! All because it has the same name? They said they cant price match.. it’s not even price matching, it PRICE CORRECTING! Would not recommend this store.

Indifferent "service" in soft furnishings. Received a curt" Yes"? in response to polite greeting, and it didn't get any better. They were out of stock of the size I wanted, but, the unhelpful attitude and tone of voice makes me not want to go back to this branch.

I went to the range pitsea and was in fact in horror how they treat their staff and how the employees treat customers I applied for a job there and it didn’t go to plan. They are rude the mangers bully and embarrass their employees on a daily basis. If your not well and you get sent home and they tell you to have 48hours of as that’s their policy and then you return only to get punished for it and they announce it to the whole of the store and employees it was humiliating. They speak to you like rubbish and treat you like you’re nothing they even have mangers that speak behind your back to other employees. No wonder why they are not hitting there target it’s cause they are to busy bitching about there new employees. They are so rude to customers as when I was a customer they would speak in a really rude tone when asking for help or just won’t help and walk off. When working there they don’t fully train you up properly and expect you to know where everything is. They need new management and new employees. I was so scared to go to work because of how bad they treated me no wonder why other employees left due to bullying. So if you are looking for employment don’t go hear cause they will make your mental and physical health deteriorate.

They offer plenty of products, but the aisles are small, making awkward for wheelchairs and pushchairs. A lot of the products were misplaced and unpriced, which became very frustrating very quickly when fighting to enter the aisles. Also, there were a few of the larger items that there was no stock for. The poor staff were inundated for items unavailable. I suppose having iceland stuck in the middle they have lost space and quality of shopping experience
