One of the best "Range" branches we've visited. Staff are very helpful particularly "Mandy" in sales and "Tomasz in despatch. We bought some ex display garden furniture at a great price - and everyone was extremely helpful.
The checkout staff and the Manager are always very helpful. Cheery, chatty and a credit to the store. If only other retailers were as good.

Its changed as theres a iceland section down stairs now. There is also a Costa cafe there by the main entrance and, its always busy in that bit. Their is an up-stairs which does have a good selection of home decor, furniture, garden,pet,and art supplies and much more. The down-stairs has every thing with soft furnishings and again much more. You don't really have to wait that long in the que to pay.

Would never buy anything from the range again.... I brought a double bed for my daughters birthday that she's been begging me for .... I brought it with 6 weeks u till her birthday, first attempt they sent me the wrong colour bed, took me well over 3 weeks to get any sort of communication back from them so they sent another bed ...... AGAIN wrong colour. £700 later the bed is no good to us no communication and I've had to go out and buy her a new one !!!!! Do not buy anything from these poorly organised idiots !!!!!

Layout of both checkout area leaves much to be desired, and emphasises the poor planning that went into the store conversion after changing hands from Debenhams. Most noticeable was the sorry state of the customer toilets, one urinal out of order for over 3 weeks, another blocked, and the toilet a state. Facilities in this shop are showing their age and need a refurb or at least repairing to a satisfactory level. I notified staff of my findings but was given the impression they were aware and did not care in the slightest. As a result this leaves me disappointed in my experiences dealing with the Range, Weymouth.

Today we went to the Range in Weymouth. We were planning on finding information on large stores with more stock. The assistant, Mandy came over to ask if we needed help. Wow , brilliant. We got all the information from her and now once we have done our research on measurements at home we will be going back to her. Friday 17th jan. Brilliant

One of the better "Range' stores. Had a very good choice of products for the home of good quality. The shop also shares with Iceland and Costa which could be quite convenient for some.
