If you wanna do all the work for them and give them the credit this is the place to go! I sent all of the forms they requested out to the various doctors, government agencies, etc. Then the paperwork was forwarded to me and I had to forward it to them. Exactly what work they did is beyond me. I spent an enormous amount of money because their IT department could not open the discs that were sent with copies of his medical records. At which time I had to pay to have 22 years of his medical records, printed out mailed to me and re-mailed to their office. He was sent to an independent doctors office where he was examined by a physicians assistant with no orthopedic training. At which time we found out the attorney handling his case was using the wrong knee. It was a cluster you know what from the get-go after over a year nothing really amounted to nothing! All the work I put in and handed to them was for not. My husband passed away on November 8, 2024 and they had the audacity to say that they would continue, continue to do what try to drain what little resources I had left to front their joke. They only contacted me then because I had put the negative review on their Social Security site instead of this one under Binder and Binder. I hadn’t heard from them in months! But they said to me over the phone if you take it down will continue working for you. Really no negative reviews and then they’ll work for you. Give them the truth and they stop. Well as far as I’m concerned, they can stop because they aren’t worth the aggravation.

Just trying to see if they will work for me if I change my rating as they have called me to ask. Always about the rating and never about my case. It's weird.
Update: I've had a couple reps call me from reps for vets assuring me they were hot on my case and, "Would you please take down the negative review?" Twice. So no. I haven't heard a whisper, and I have all but given up . They seem to have no idea what they are doing, they refuse to get medical records that would prove your claim, and everything seems like too much work for them. They even asked that I go find my records!
What in Sam Hill do they do? I have not heard from them since, gosh, a couple months. I would NOT go with these guys.

I'm getting very worried that I made the wrong choice. I have had 4 people assigned to my case, and getting to talk to either one was nice...bulldooky.
No one calls back, and by the time you get Brenda (who is the poor woman who answers the phone, and she is amazing), your rep has changed.
Mine is now "Justin." Talked to him two weeks ago about my denial letter, and he has yet to call me back.
These reps for vets are trying me, and I feel like I should just die. I'm going to lose my house now, and they made me waste months.

Such a scam! Didn't even submit my paperwork from the VA. Had my medical records for over a month and wanting to blame me for the VA not receiving my records. Received a letter from the VA that my attorney Harry J Binder has not submitted anything pertaining to my case.

I have been working with them and they have been wonderful to work with. I have had 3 reps so far but each one has done a wonderful job. I have had trouble lately because of the hurricanes in Florida but I know I will be able to get my rep when the mess is over. And Brenda is great.

Rep for Vets does what it does best and what I could not do on my own through the VA. Rep for Vets used all its resources to fight for me. Set up appointments, etc, were constantly in touch to remind me that I had to do my part in receiving 100% disability, which I had failed to do for the past 50 years, was done in less than two. So I applaud Rep for Vets and pass on the word, that Rep for Vets will fight for them, no matter how long it’s been that you’ve been out of the service. For me and my family, Reps for VETS was a life saver. We had been wrestling with the VA for over 20 years just to get what should be a no brainer entitlement given the conditions military endured for the Vietnam warfighter in particular. I have irreversible health problems and REPS for VETS (ESPECIALLY MS. Zoe) took my case and worked vigorously, expediously, professionally and most of all caring and understanding to ensure that my case was rightfully corrected. I was kept informed of every action, the results and expectations which I think is the epitome of Customer Service. My family and I owe a great debt to Reps for VETS, but they even tell you up front what financial burden (SMALL IF ANY) you will bear. We thanks GOD for you and THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE REPS FOR VETS.

Can't even leave a legitimate review about this place because they never answer phones or return calls or return emails for that matter!! Tells you these people are shady and don't give a good god damn about their vets!!! Voicemail will crack you up don't waste your time.....

I chose Rep for vet’s because I saw a tv commercial. Everything they did was for me and I am so grateful that I called them, they got me my 100% disability and I have nothing to say negative about them. If you need help call Rep for Vets you won’t be sorry for it. Rep for Vets thank you from the bottom of my heart.
