Gender bias, will discriminate against males.
Will fail to adhere to court orders.
Will continually lie about everything.
If you're a male you stand no chance of seeing your children. Even if there's a court order stating you should.

Place is absolutely filthy. Contact centre lady went back on the rules using the ‘it’s the contact centres discretion’ to override rules even though making both parties sign a contract to say we would abide by the rules. Totally facilitated control and manipulation by allowing ex to call the shots. Grubby, filthy place in what I can only describe as a drug den area. Didnt want my child being in this place so decided to pull supervised contact and deal with it myself. Manipulative staff, grubby premises not a place i would leave my child. Something the ex and I did finally agree on.

I have had my children at this nursery for 2 years and my two love it there. The staff are incredibly helpful and they ensure to take the time to help whenever they can, including creating tools unique to my child to help with the bits i struggled with (dummies!!). I do feel they're under funded for what they provide to the children and community, however, that doesn't stop them. I would recommend this nursery, i have seen them adapt for so many children and I couldn't fault these lovely ladies.

Not great. Did several things that I don’t think are in my sons best interest.
On member of staff went out of her way to make me feel like the bad guy for complaining when it was to do with the safety of my child.
My sons dad managed to send an email claiming to be from me saying his partner could attend and they accepted this as permission off me even though I sent nothing of the sort.

Im not sure what it used to be like here but from my experience they are amazing. Happy to help in any way they can and are very understanding. I would recommend the roberts centre to anyone as a safe, welcoming place to facilitate contact

Caused my children and I life long trauma. My youngest expressed himself taking a knife into school. Avoided this central at all cost

My daughter is having to use this place for Supervised visitation for the biological father of my granddaughter, there have been 3 sessions which my granddaughter has been totally distraught and the reports they right have been so mis leading and inaccurate that would advise no one ever to use this centre for anything that has to be used in conjunction with a court order. I am a father and believe fathers have rights as well. But it seems that this centre is more focussed on fathers rights than the welfare of the child. We have raised a complaint and they seem to be very laxed in investigating the issues and have failed to respond within the time frame they give you as well.

Keep clear at all costs. They will not advise their policies, their procedures, the qualifications/training of their staff, their Health and Safety policy nor any information regarding their safekeeping of children in their contact centre. Having asked for said information to relieve the natural anxiety of a mother leaving her children in the centre's care, they would not oblige. Despite asking three further times, and asking the Roberts Centre CEO - still nothing. Yet I am supposed to leave my children in the charge of these people during supervised access with their alcoholic, violent and abusive father who has admitted to mental health problems. Question the Roberts Centre and they run back to the courts to force you into leaving your children with them, no reassurance, no guarantees. They cannot bear to have their operation criticised or questioned lest it be found out for being not fit for purpose. What will it take to have this place closed - abuse in their so called care
