Darts night always feels cold. Atmosphere created by darts teams. Tired looking. Sad. And now the man who held the club together has retired.
Glasses cleared once during the evening. Hardly anyone apart from the darts players were in the bar!

I visited the RBL club with my brother for a couple of pints on a Saturday night. The club was very quiet considering, with a small group playing pool and darts. Previously when I visited the club was fairly full. Some of the draught beer is more expensive than other local pubs which doesn't help to attract new members or guests. As one member put it as he was leaving, "why would I pay a subscription and pay more for my beer as well when the beer is cheaper somewhere else, it doesnt make sense?".
