I did the “Sunrise Challenge” already twice with Sally Wilkinson! Who knew a sunrise could bring so much joy? Sally knows it of course, it is why she is encouraging us to wake up earlier to be able to enjoy it ☺️? Don’t hesitate to participate to one of Sally’s challenge, you will never regret it Thank you Sally! ☺️

I’ve followed on Facebook and Instagram for a number of years, I love the positivity of sallys posts and she inspires me to have a go at random but fun activity! I recently took part in daily skipping (I’m rubbish at that- but still trying). I got up early everyday for a week in the rain in the hope of watching a sunrise and shared my pictures which in turn inspired my close friends. Basically it makes me feel good to hear Sally talkabout all sorts of stuff- engaging in change does support well-being. I’m a fan

I try a lot of different workouts and I rarely stick with them. However, last year I bought Sally's Learn to Nordic Walk course and it was certainly money well spent. The short lessons are packed with information, as well as humour. I now walk with my poles about 3 times a week and I really enjoy it. Sally is a great motivator and she knows what she is talking about.
Edited to add:
I've almost completed (1 video left to watch) Sally's TTMT - The Twenty Minute Triumph, her January challenge in which you are asked to drink 2 litres of water and also walk for 20 minutes every day. The idea is that by committing to creating and building on these habits you can then go on to make other positive changes in your life. Sally does a live video every weekday, and there are videos by her husband Simon and the resident coach, Sam - all are fun, uplifting, encouraging, motivating, and give you plenty of food for thought. The closed Facebook group offers marvellous support, and you don't need to post at all if you don't want to. It's fun to see photos of where others are walking and how everyone is getting on. It's a great way to start off the year and I look forward to doing it again next year. Thanks Sally and Co.!

Sally is such an encouraging person. When you think you cant do anymore and are in a downhill spiral, Sally will pick you up, dust you off and send you on your way with encouraging words, 'Get over yourself' and 'Just get outside for a walk' that's all it takes really, a little walk, encouraging words that make you feel you are not alone and can achieve small steps that will take you to bigger achievements. We are all ace!!

What a great motivator Sally is and so much fun. She never fails to inspire and bring a smile or giggle with her live Facebook stories. I have completed a few of her free challenges the most recent being the Sunrise. I was lucky to get 2 lovely sunrises and thoroughly enjoyed the dawn chorus even when the sun was hidden by clouds.

Took part in Sally's 20 Minute Triumph in January and gave me a great start to the new year. Sally is so motivational and I love her rants and sense of humour. Her down to earth approach to fitness and your mental wellbeing is great. ❤

Sally is an excellent motivator. I first came across her Free Fitness 500 and not only did I get the fitness benefits of this but she started to shift my mindset considerably and made me wake up to my own excuses. I have followed her ever since and have honestly become a different person, I am doing things now that I wouldn’t have dreamed possible. Follow her content, you won’t regret it and she will make you laugh a lot along the way.

Sally Wilkinson is an inspiration. During lockdown I saw one of her challenges through another group I am in. I took up the challenge and I haven’t looked back. I bought her motivated menopause and enjoy the recipes, exercises etc. I signed up for her weekly newsletter. If ever I’m feeling a bit low I will either watch one of her videos or read a email and I can guarantee I feel so much better after.
