Lovely shop however recently the prices have been extortionate…I don’t know who’s pricing these items? For a charity that is getting items from the public for free to charge prices that are not even reasonable, I find it greedy and disgusting. It’s not just over-priced it’s unreasonable. I do think it’s fair to donate our items and seen them sold for an unreasonable price.
Picked up a girls skirt from Monsoon that is not even in a good state, the material has threads clearly wearing out, faded colour and it’s priced at £7? Just greediness, which is not fair because we are donating our stuff to a charity but to also help the community not charge prices like this.

Called in to donate some items. The paid management couldn't have been less interested. Just gave them a cursory glance and told a volunteer to deal with it.
The volunteers though were lovely, attentive, helpful and appreciative. Because of their efforts, I actually bought some items there too. Doubt I'll go back though.

I tried to donate a good quality leather sofa and chair with slight fading but in other wise very well cared for condition no tears or wear. I was told the collectors would only take at their discretion on seeing. I accept that, but when the two men came to see the goods, the look on their faces said it all you would have thought I was trying to get rid of old tat and that made me feel like I was something they'd scraped off the bottom of their shoe. I've since had another local charity come with the same procedure to see the donation for real to decide whether they could use it. No problem, so in future no way ever will I try to donate decent contributions or buy things from your shop.

Hubby saw a lovely 2 seater leather M&S sofa so took me in to see it. As we are downsizing it was perfect. The lady we spoke to was really helpful and pleasant. I like a bit of chat when I shop. She arranged free delivery for us which was nice as we live in Leeds. The day of delivery it snowed and I got a phone call asking . if they could deliver another day. No problem for us as we aren't actually moving yet. They delivered this morning and I can only say how friendly and helpful they were.We had quite a lot of donations to send but they only had room for some of it .Rest we can take to another charity shop. We will definitely pay another visit

Always took items here for years. However went yesterday with 2 back sacks and a rug and was turned away by a very abrupt member of staff I've never seen before. She said they couldn't take any more stock and to go to the clothes bank at the coop. Disgusting

Lovely place with great selection of good quality stuff. However, the young female staff member is shockingly unfriendly and unpleasant and made me feel very uncomfortable.
I won't go there any more.
