In 2 months my heating has worked for maybe 2 weeks at best same as my hot water. Then after all this, my ceiling has major water damage, it's been leaking for 3 days and still have had no one in to fix it. Some members of staff clearly couldn't care less about their job, the residents or the children from the attitude given. Also even if you are a resident they will still prioritise visitors over the people that live there. They will tell u u will be housed in 6 months and then they will day a year and then they'll say just a few more months. They cannot guarantee you anything especially your safety in a place that is so unhygienic. Was told my flat was cleaned before I moved in, then I find all my work tops sticky and covered in tea and sugar. My carpet covered in paint. The cooking hob still dirty. Everything dusty. Everything smelly. This place is too unsafe to be running and I'm shocked it's still considered a good charity. All these 5 star reviews have to be from staff or the grottiest person going if you think living here is acceptable. Also not aloud pets but the building has a lizard, a huge tank of fish and now therapy dogs. Also no dbs checks are made on visitors so who knows who's being let in, even though in license agreement it states they must be done. Another staff issue? Undertrained? All in all very very disappointing
