When I went here, I was amazing by the amount of war films and books here. I immediately bought quite a lot; there's a large amount of collectible items here that are worth it if you are someone who likes these types of products. I recommend to anyone who is looking for war films or books, or any sort of educational book, which are much cheaper to find here than actual stores. Thank you, Salvation Army.

The gentleman on the top floor who helped me with the coins was super amazing. So kind and so helpful. He even gave me a glass of iced water when I said I was very hot. The store is lovely, very neat and tidy and clean and well organised. Thank you. It was a lovely experience.

The man “ maneger” at Salvation Army store City Center at Peterborough, are the rude bully and agressive person I have ever meet in my all charity work I saw that twice in you. When I politely asked a gentleman on the counter if I can make a sensible offer for an object. He politely said; I will ask my maneger. There you came, “ maneger” and I realised I meet you before. All you have to said: we can’t do it, sorry. Instead you talk rude over me as if you want to give me a lesson. Like someone in power, obviously, I walk way. You “ maneger” followed me, talking over me, trying to hold my hand and saying you listen to me, pushing me out physically and said do not come back here anymore. I don’t need to hear someone being rude to me or any other costumer! I been supporting this charity for more than 40 years. I contacted your Head office of the Salvation Army and did not hear anything as yet. I wonder, how a charity “Christian church” allowed someone to behave like that towards costumers who support them, such a person deals with vulnerable people!
I would not trust you! As you show signs of a sadist person. You may do a lot for the busines but not enough to the a Charity, which should be all about, kindness, politeness and social responsibility!
Therefore, as if the Salvation Army turn a blind eye to your actions then this is showing contempt of your actions, not something someone would expect from a charity organisation.

Could give ZERO star if possible. Can't agree more with the other negative feedbacks. 'Staff was simply pathetic and rude, they even don't understand the basic manners . Worst shop in town. Never go again.'
+: Badly over-priced, especially as a charity shop.
Shop inside narrow & messy; staff bad at organising & displaying stuff.
Simply, worst charity shop ever.
Manage should see this then consider changing staff; anyone will be better. Really too indecent. Shame.

Such rude staff particularly one man who made me feel like I was on his army base. No more deposits from me, I will be giving to Wood Green next door, much much nicer staff.
