They are a scam the women who answered the phone treated me as if I was a perv or something I thought she sounded to young to be a Sam so asked her if she was a five year old or something in a jocking manner and the said does it matter I said yes (obviously I want to speak to an adult) she said this call is going to be inaproiate and hung up. I had genuine things (not what she meant) that I wanted to talk about, obviously their own self conctulatory BS is just speal they are quick to judge and this volunteer was just their for her own ego trip.
waste of time , waste of public respect they deserve nothing but contempt and suspision in return

I rang the Samaritans as I was have suicidal thoughts the man was really nice. But after about 15 minutes he said that's all he had time for and put the phone down I feel I can't use them again because they don't care nobody cares.
