Not a positive experience - website appears as if they support people, yet I emailed them asking for help, even revealing personal details and have had no response. I'm not sure how you can be a charity supporting people effectively when you ignore those you claim to 'support.' This just seems to be a case of effective marketing and website design with no real assistance available unless you already know the right people. Often those with scars have very personal stories that takes a lot to reach out and expose themselves, this is by far not an appropriate approach by The Scar Free Foundation.
