After attending the virtual book club for over a year, it is lovely to now be able to attend the baby book club during my maternity leave. Jordan’s groups are calm and welcoming and The Snug provides a safe space for mums to share tips and enjoy books with their little ones. My baby loved looking at age appropriate books and playing with the toys Jordan had put out and it’s a great moment to relax, share useful tips and enjoy a hot drink with other mums. We love baby book club - it is a highlight of our week! Thanks Jordan! xxx

Jordan has created a very calm and cosy book club at the snug in Burscough. We attended both baby book club and mini bookworms for 4 months and loved the variety of themed books each week. Jordan is really lovely and welcoming and makes you feel at ease. Plus takes lovely photos of you and your baby 🥰 She even helped distract my little girl during nappy changes which have now become a wrestling match! 🙈😂 Each session starts with Jordan reading a book, followed by self exploration of the books and toys on a set theme, whilst you can chat to other Mums and have a drink. The session ends with a song with Spot the puppet dog, who the children really love and get to recognise each week 🐶 My little girl began to show a real interest and love in books at home and I think it was very much down to Jordan’s book club! 🥰 It was great to explore and read books that we don’t have access to at home and see the progress my LG made in such a short period of time from turning the pages, feeling the textures, lifting the flaps as well as her social interaction with others. We've been to a few different baby classes whilst I've been on maternity leave and baby book club has definitely been our favourite. It's a really relaxed group, a nice change from the sensory classes, and a really nice way to meet other mums with babies of a similar age. Jordan is so lovely and makes everyone feel so welcome. It's also motivated me to read more to my little girl and she loves books now thanks to this group. We're lucky enough to be able to continue the class now that I'm back at work, I just wish we'd have signed up earlier! I've recommended it to so many other mums who have also signed up and love the group.

I love coming to book club every week with my baby. The Snug is such a cute room and Jordan always sets it up so lovely each week with a different theme. My baby loves exploring all of the books and items Jordan has put out for the baby's to play with. I have also met some lovely mums in the class and can say it's one of the most welcoming classes I have ever been to!

Absolutely love our baby book club! Jordan is so friendly and welcoming, a very relaxed atmosphere where my baby can interact with lots of different books. Can't recommend the experience enough if you are looking for a way to introduce a love of reading to your little one. It's also a lovely way to meet other mums and bond over the initial stress of parenthood haha

We’ve been going to book club since Thomas has been 7 weeks old (he’s now 6 months) I can honestly say it’s the cutest session of our week. I’ve met some lovely mums while Thomas has met some new friends too! We share advise & tips on motherhood while Jordan puts the kettle on.
Jordan runs the book club & is honestly such a lovely lady. Nothing is ever too much trouble & makes you feel so welcome.
I would definitely recommend this club we love it!! Thanks again Jordan xx

As a first-time mum, joining the book club with my baby has been brilliant. Jordan’s different themes each week keep classes exciting and stimulating for your little one. Not only is it a class, but Jordan sets up a platform to connect with other mums outside the class which the information/support shared has been invaluable . If you get the opportunity to attend, you will not be disappointed.

I would 100% recommend Jordan’s baby book club to any mum and baby. We’ve enjoyed the sessions so much and have met some absolutely lovely mums through the community Jordan has created. The sessions are fun and relaxed and full of sharing between mums. Jordan has a real eye for books and curates a brilliant selection each week. We’ve discovered many favourites at book club!!
