Joined the 'beginners' running club Friday am, no one spoke or introduced themselves. Did a few mobility movements on the car park then to be told we will be running 3 miles!!!! Not at all what I was expecting, not very beginner friendly at all I'm 53 years old and overweight so to be told to run 3 miles was a joke I did start running but had to give up as I knew I wouldn't be able to do the full run. I thought it would be like couch 2 5k run a bit walk a bit build up to a run.
Very misleading saying beginners running club.... disappointing ☹️

Brilliant place to bring your kids for anything if they are starting out at football it's great little sessions not just boys either they welcome everyone. Such a great team

Daughters came for the 6 weeks holidays, they loved every minute. Staff were amazing and friendly. Very well ran by Andy. Will 100% be letting my daughters go again in the holidays
