Booked for wake, club used own caterers for buffet couldn’t use our own. Room spacious, drinks well priced. Buffet catering was terrible for 50 people, one flat plate of salad with just a chopped up white onion on it and two full tomatoes at most chopped, one plate of chips, frozen cooked quiche, cheap sausage rolls and pork pies very sparse for 3.95 a head. Buffet let the club down wouldn’t book again for this reason. Toilets clean but dated. Bar staff accommodating and friendly.

Been here a few times for family meals, normally a large group of us. Food is always good, fresh, hot and we always get served together at the same time despite there being so many of us.

We went for the 1st time for Sunday lunch. Nice clean bar area to have a drink. Lovely dining area and tables all set
Choice of starters and we had chicken soup which was hot and tasty.
Carvery for the main meal with beef and gammon and a good choice of potatoes and vegetables. A choice of desserts which were brought to the table.
Staff were very attentive and pleasant and were always smiling (not usual in most places)
All at a very reasonable price.
