I have been trying to get my Dad into The Uplands but due to the Awful Funding system that’s in place I’m unable to. I just wanted to say that the staff that tried so hard to help us have been absolutely amazing, the help and guidance they have given us as a family has been so helpful and I’m very grateful. Each one was professional, kind and extremely understanding.

My Mum was there for about 12 months in 2013, there was a nurse there that I went to see because my Mum was having trouble breathing her response was to say "What do you expect me to do about it" and then told me to leave, she was so rude and vile at such a distressing time. I complained to the manager the next day who said she had received previous complaints about this nurse. S why was she still working there
