I’ve rated this care home has a 1 star. My dad stayed in this care home for a two week respite so my mum could have a rest but we took him out after 9 days. We told the staff about my dads needs on many occasions but we was concerned on each visit about his care. My dad has Parkinson’s and dementia. He needs help with everything. We understand that their is other residents with needs but even basics needs were not carried out . When we took him out that morning. He was confused, agitated and in some pain in his foot. . We ended up having to ring the GP and they diagnosed him with cellulitis and prescribed him antibiotics has it can be very serious. If we had left him any longer, goodness knows what the outcome would have been. To say we are furious is a understatement. Now at home he has deteriorated so much and is very confused. Their is no way we would recommend this care home

Awful place !! my poor old mum spent her last few months in here . Left in her room most of the time alone , as she was bed ridden. Staff not fit to be carers . Disgusting!! ?
