Not the first time we have booked an event here but this time we had our engagement party/surprise wedding reception here. From booking the staff were super helpful with any questions we had and we were able to decorate with plenty of time for guests arriving. On the actual night the staff were amazing, really friendly and the bar service was quick especially for how busy it was. We were able to collect our items in the morning which was helpful and meant we could all enjoy the night without the worry of cleaning up. Thank you so much!

I had my 60th party here at the weekend the room was beautiful but I felt they don't give you enough time to go in and decorate your room. Also the party stated 7pm till Midnight but when they called last orders at 11.30 the lights immediately came on the dj finished and the staff started to hoover up around people which for me spoilt my night as felt very uncomfortable for my guests..I asked if I could collect my balloon set up the next day as obviously there was no way we could dismantle it and get it home at that time of night but was abruptly told it has to go that night or be picked up by 9am as they had a wedding set up at 9.30am !! Which was really difficult as we had left our cars at the venue so everyone could have a drink to celebrate my birthday. I had to get a taxi from aspley early in the morning to get everything picked up and I just feel that this should have been explained when I booked the party and about the finishing times ! Also they have 2 rooms surely we could have moved it to the other room so we could have picked it up at a more reasonable time but I just felt the man that I spoke to was very un helpful and quite rude ! All in all what was a fabulous party was spoilt by the lack of communication and the attitude of the staff and the unwillingness to be a bit more helpful. If they would have told me about the room situation I could have organized things differently and not ended up being stressed about getting up and having to arrange lifts etc. Just felt very let down! Also after paying out money to rent the tablecloths and being told the food table would also be included with a table cloth I turned up and there was no tablecloth for the food and when I asked they said they were all dirty from the night before! Which was very poor! The room was recommended and the reviews seemed really good . But just felt very disappointed all in all.

I went to my nieces wedding reception here and it was beautiful. The food was great, the room was great, the DJ was great and the staff on the bar were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful and happy to serve us. I would highly reccomend this venue for any party.
