The nurses and carers at the Westbourne are exceptional. We have got to know them personally since our dad moved there around 6 months ago. Nothing is too much trouble and now that dad is reaching end of life you can clearly see their skills in handling this difficult situation and reassuring the family.

We are so grateful to Pat and all the staff at the Westbourne, not only for the exemplary way they looked after dad, but also for the help and care they gave us during a very difficult time. Dad had dementia and complex medical needs which were dealt with with dignity and complete professionalism. All the staff were doing a difficult job with kindness and compassion.
