My father was moved to Westhaven after a long hospital stay and sadly passed away just a day after moving nearer to home with you.

My Dad with treated with such compassion, respect, kindness and an interest in him as a person from the outset.

Staff were amazing, in particular the lovely nurse who was with us throughout his last night. Many conversations were very difficult, but we were all treated with care and compassion, no matter all the other competing pressures.

We don’t take this care for granted at all, and it made a huge difference to us all as a family at this difficult time. We had no doubt at any point that he wasn’t getting the best possible care from the team.

Thank you all

Went here for COVID jab after GPs had session at Portland Hospital cancelled. A private business should not be competing against an NHS site.

I wanted to ring the Hospital to ask them a question and when I rang them , I got through to the silly 119 information which I had already bloody rang 4 times, and got nowhere. It is PATHETIC. I'm not happy at all. If I ring a number I expect a human being to answer any questions not a bloody tape or recorded message. I looked for another bloody number but there is only this one pathetic.
