I called them and asked them for help for a place to stay after city council help service kept closing the phone on me, there was no help received from them, they said they will come the 2nd day to the car park i was sleeping at that moment but they never did or had any comunications from them ever since, i slept over 3 weeks in the car because i had no money and they did not help with anything, yet they claim they help homeless people, what a joke.

Terrible service takes weeks for them to collect all my information and still no help. This company should take a look at how other homeless help centres works as this is the worse I have ever come across

This service lacks backbone to ever make a real difference to homeless people. Staff and managers are too scared to challenge the council’s illegal gatekeeping. Why? Because White chapel are directly funded by Liverpool city council. Essentially white chapel act as a barrier between homeless people and the council so the council do not have to face their legal duties which they are seriously struggling to do. Nothing will ever change as long as white chapel continue to hide the scale of the problem on behalf of the council.

I’m writing this from personal experience with them please avoid this organization I was dealing with someone that was supposed to be helping me but she didn’t understand the crisis that I’m going though and in one week was offering help the next week she didn’t want to know and completely blocked me so much for her kindness which though me into a worst situation so I’d like to Thank her Carol Barton you do that to a person that’s in a real crisis to me it shows the lack of compassion and understanding as to what I’ve suffered as a child and adult.

Was give a tour of the building & met some of the staff. They work very hard & look after and/or help a lot of people. The Chefs there work very hard & are very good at making sure nothing goes to waste. The facilities provided to the homeless are maintained very well & the access is very secure, so the safety of staff & visitors is very good. The community events they do are very helpful & help remind the homeless that they are part of Liverpool & there is always help for them here.
