Lovely hospital staff very efficient care was excellent. I had a knee replacement the surgeon talked me through everything same has other staff any questions they answered any worries they talked you through them. Only thing I would say is I’m diabetic and they don’t cater for that they offered squash to drink but no sugar free . Not much in the line of desserts sugar free either so I would bring your own squash in if you want a cold drink. But otherwise very good.

I have operation on my carpal tunnel. It’s really good quick And great look after by all nurse, With a lovely food after you an operation and a nurse check on you to make sure You are not in pain and okay straight away after you come out from the theatre, overall Fantastic Hospital I am highly recommend the Hospital friendly Provider make you feel safe and in a good hand.

I recently had a day operation at Winterbourne Hospital, and I cannot praise the team enough for the outstanding care I received from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process.

The surgical team was fantastic—highly skilled, reassuring, and attentive to every detail. The level of care I received was truly five-star, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well looked after.

Claire! What an amazing secretary! Nothing was too much to ask for and she always gave me an answer even if it was a stupid question at daft o'clock at night! She's lovely, punctual and nothing was ever too much!

Tia,Vicks, Puja, Larvyn, Pratibha, Ellie and Lily - My nurses, made sure I was always comfortable, fed me drugs, brought me compression socks and made my stay genuinely so much more comfortable!

Jim! Always smiling and happy to help, made sure my blood pressure and temperature was normal and didn't mind changing my bedding, thank you for helping me keeping my modesty!

Georgina and Danni, made sure I had my food orders in and that my dietary requirements were met, the food was incredible, all freshly made, filling and hot! Might have to book in again!

Jo and Imogen thank you for making sure all my paperwork was correct and providing me with all the names of the people who have helped me with my surgery.

If I have future surgeries, I wouldn't go anywhere else, The Winterbourne is the hospital to go to!

Recently had a consult and biopsy with Dr 'O' (Dermatology). Very efficient and friendly experience throughout. Everything explained thoroughly before and after the procedure. Nursing staff assisting Dr 'O' were very efficient and kindly. And, I had a follow up call from the nurse 'Jimmy' on the following day, which I thought was an excellent after care service that you don't seem to get in many places these days. Thank you all. 🙂

This hospital is outstanding in every way. The attention to detail, smooth running, care , professionalism and kindness of the staff of all levels is exceptional.
From the moment you enter the building politeness/ helpful and on the ball. The housekeeping is all very clean, excellent, nothing too much trouble. The nurses are kind and attentive and do everything to make you comfortable. The anaesthetist was reassuring and made me feel safe. Adam Sawyer is a fantastic surgeon I will write a separate review for my experience with him but really he is tops. Thank you 🙏

I had an operation yesterday as a day case and had a new finger knuckle inserted by Mr Crook. From the moment I arrived everyone was really helpful and my two nurses Maisa and Sarah were very attentive and helpful. The surgical team were brilliant and put my fears away. Couldn't be better. I found the whole experience very good, all the staff were very professional, caring, cheerful, always explained what was about to happen and why. Room 5 was very comfortable and immaculately clean and had everything I needed. Appreciated a quiet room to myself. Had one meal, the chicken salad sandwich was delicious and fresh. Tea and biscuits were appreciated after surgery. A pleasure to meet all the staff I came across.
