This organisation saved my life. Before prison, during prison and after prison. So much so I will be volunteering with them next year. They empower women, are feminists and they stand by you through thick and thin. This place doesn't get the recognition it truly deserves.

I literally couldn’t have got through the last year without this fantastic organisation. Thank you to everyone for being there for me
I am a SURVIVOR of domestic abuse and sexual violence.
I am NOT ashamed of what I’ve suffered, it wasn’t my fault. I will not blame myself anymore.
I had the courage to speak out and tell the truth and that’s what our abusers don’t want.
Please be encouraged that there is life after abuse.
