Together Housing in Halifax, my housing officer as pretty much disowned us in most of everything going on.

I have been with together housing for a few years now and can only relate my own experience which is very positive they are always helpful polite and respectful keep me up to date with changes that affect me and offer advice and support if needed .

Absolutely diabolical. I've been trying to do an online application to get on their housing register, but the site will not accept my National insurance number nor my email address. Have had to chase this up no fewer than 3 times as a promise of hearing from a housing officer never happens. And what do you know ? ; they give the same BBC-style bullshit excuse about learning lessons....BOLLOCKS TO LEARNING LESSONS, FIX YOUR BLOODY PROBLEMS !!!!. As someone once told me "If they can't deal with the simple things, heaven help you with the more difficult ones". Having read reviews from existing tenants about their appalling track record on dealing with problem families (I.e :- doing bugger all) I'm certainly giving this firm the widest of berths !

Applied with together housing and key choice obviously I’m band b at the moment, got told someone would be talking to the manager ( not sure which one sorry ) about putting my banding higher due to the situation I’m currently in at the moment, not got anything back and one know anything wound he much appreciated if you could email me please thanks! Also thanks for the emails that I receive knowing that I get emails that help me understand which housing is available to me it’s really helpful, also keeping my fingers crossed I find a safe home for me and my nearly 5 month old to live in, thank you ☺️

Just worked as agency for this company, wasn't treated very well management are very autocratic, there's little trust or respect and a high staff turn over. Would not recommend them as a good employer!!

Why should anyone move in to a property of theirs well they are perhaps affordable if the rent went down I mean a refugee could be fine in one but , with all the disrepair they don’t come around & do to their properties I would defo never ever move in to one of theirs if I was any of you looking to get on to the property ladder , go abroad that’s the best option because these people may have modern tech but hardly ever use it right & it seems like they don’t know if they are on this planet or another one & also anyone looking to invest avoid these hugely they have 3rd party people working for them there is no people besides select few , who actually work for them other than that the rest are all contracted out & that is where their money is going also if you want anything to be done I should either do it yourself or get someone else to do it because unless it is an appointment for electricity or gas engineers , then they just either make up an excuse or fob you off with something else as well so think about whether or not you want to invest in anything of theirs because none of it is worth it at all.

Very poor service by Katie-Ann

Even though I paid the service charge in February, I was asked to pay it again. I guess they tried!
After exchanging emails, she eventually expressed regret. I explained that this was the proper course of action after being asked to pay a service price that had previously been paid.

I am absolutely annoyed. I'm registered with keychoise and together housing. We have been bidding for 3 years with no look and we're silver banding. My mum's health has got worse so gate way to care and our local MP has was supposed to send a letter in for support. Every time we phone up it's like her health issues aren't important or her housing needs despite that she all so has the same right like everyone else.
