We hire a room from Tonic Health. The staff who work here are superb. Always welcoming, supportive and will do anything for you. A big shout out to Michael, Henry, Laura, Ruth and Katy who are brilliant in the roles they do.
Tonic Health is ideally located, car parking is very reasonable (£3 for the day) facilities are always clean and tidy. Would recommend to other businesses who wish to hire rooms or to anyone who wishes to use their services.

Yes I have been diagnosed as pre-diabetic.(probably the result of my Google restaurant trips.)
Anyway I decided that I should do something about it and signed up for the Xyla health course.
I did the first session last Thursday and I was really impressed. Very informative and with a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.
Looking forward to the next session.

Visited to assist elderly disabled relatives get their autumn Covid-19 booster.
Parked behind Tonic Health so that access was easier for them. (I had booked this location with close access as a contributing factor)
There were a couple of free spaces.
The driver of the car next to me was a voluntary driver who had transported a service user to tonic health. As I sat waiting a woman came out of tonic health and stated that I and the voluntary driver were not allowed to park there. The voluntary driver had a ticket allowing her to park there and I stated that I had two elderly disabled relatives getting a booster.
She told me and the voluntary driver that we are only allowed to drop off and not park.
We refused to move and the jobsworth woman went back in the building stating that she was going to sort this out.
My suggestion to Tonic Health is sort out the parking by communicating the rules. Either put a notice up or barricade the area. Also communicate the policy to the NHS who are promoting easy access at your premises.
Do not allow a jobsworth to come out dictating unwritten rules, especially where disabled people are made to feel uncomfortable.

Very poor management skills they speak to volunteers as if your stupid. In the last few months at least four volunteers have had runnings with management resulting in three leaving. Complain and you never get an answer. They just pass the book no one to make decisions

I saw Michael Morris from 2006 to 2014. Because of sever spinal problems I was in constant pain. Michael told me that he didn't know if he could help but he wouldn't hurt. He kept me moving through those years and I have always been grateful to him. Very cary and knowledgeable. You are safe in his hands. Best wishes to Tonic Health.

Visited Tonic health for a meeting. Initially quite difficult to find, maps take you to the wrong road and driveway which made it quite awkward. It's actually situated behind the broad gate house (apparently the old job centre) there are a couple of spaces allocated right outside the door however there is a large car park which looked private so unsure if you could use it.
The doors aren't really wheelchair friendly, no automatic opening and a small step to get over.
Inside the staff are friendly and helpful. The room we used was set out well and was roomy enough for us all with a projector screen.

Michael Morris is excellent, he listens to you, explains in detail what is wrong and his treatment is gentle but effective, you don't have to undress like you do at most places either. I would definitely recommend him for all muscular aches and pains and repetitive strain problems.
The receptionists are also very friendly and helpful.
