I rang 2 days before picking up my prescription to ensure it was ready, as i had a long drive. This was an urgent prescription. I was told I had to then wait for 15 for it to be made up. Waited, then told they did not have the medication. Not too sure what was going on as I had already been told it was ready to be picked up. Not impressed as this isn't at the first time it has happened. Took the prescription to Boots

Majority of staff at this pharmacy have next to no customer service skills. Been here numerous times and always met with a very short, sharp & verging on rude attitude from majority of the employees.
Although the passive aggressive poster for all to read whilst waiting for a prescription always amuses me.

Dreadful. My doctor sent through a prescription at 11.30am. I drove the 10 minutes to the pharmacy (feeling very ill) at 1.30pm to be told that the prescription had arrived but the pharmacist hadn’t prepared it and was put at lunch and wouldn’t be back for half an hour. Now driven the 10 minutes home and feeling even worse as a result!

Very very poor service just received.

Waited two weeks for very important medication for a 2 month old premature baby for them to say "soz we dont have it, we posts it"

They dont care and couldn't understand how serious it it that they have lost the prescription for our sick baby to NEEDS the medication
