Great value, perfect location to explore Stirling.
The hotel is new or renovated, the room was spacious for a budget one, clean, quiet. The breakfast and bar area roomy (usually in the budget places you have the feeling you are on the same table as the other customers šŸ™ˆšŸ˜…).
The staff members friendly and welcoming. Happy with my stay ā˜ŗļø

Well worth a stay. Great value 2 night stay. Room was clean & comfortable. Staff friendly & helpful. Noticed a bit of Road noise from our room which was at the back of the Travelodge. No hairdryer or shower mat.
However, would recommend for location, price & cleanliness.

Stayed here as it was cheaper than Glasgow hotels including train fares in and out of the city. Very close to the train station and Stirling city centre. Ground floor room and bed were very comfortable, only problems were noises from other guests in the corridor late at night, but this isn’t the hotel’s fault. Also couldn’t get some BBC channels on the TV in the room for some reason. WiFi only free for 30 minutes which meant I used my mobile data instead. Breakfast was excellent and all self-served from the buffet. I also ate dinner in the restaurant on the first evening, food was very nice and good value. Friendly team of staff.

Much better, modern hotel and food options compared to other Travelodge hotels I’ve stayed in over the years!

Pleasant overnight stay at Sterling City Centre Travelodge.|Wasn’t allowed to book in until 3pm but was allowed to use the free car park from arrival which is beside the hotel. Location is ideal, 2 mins walk to centre.|Room was basic & small but clean & had everything for a budget overnight stay. Comfy King sized bed with extra pillows if required. Small bathroom, toilet, basin, shower with curtain, tea/coffee making facilities, small TV on wall, all you need really. Hotel has a small cafe/restaurant & a small bar, we opted to have breakfast here before leaving & found it to be of a decent standard for the cost.|After being charged Ā£160 without breakfast at Fort William Travelodge for a inferior room, which doesn’t have a restaurant, bar or adequate parking the night before, we found Sterling City Centre Travelodge to be of excellent value at Ā£60 including breakfast!|We would stay here again if visiting Sterling.

Amazing value, very clean, great location and nice simple food offered in the evenings and for breakfast.
My one major concern Travelodge is that you do not employ enough staff to cover the Reception area, Bar area, Dining area and the Kitchen - on the three days and nights of staying we only saw 2 staff covering all the above operations, they were exhausted trying to keep the public (your guests) happy.
Having been in the Hospitality game for 22 years , may I suggest a minimum of 3/4 during the busier periods.
I know profit is key - but so is Staff Welfare - all the guests noticed it and felt sorry for the constant pressure your staff were under!
Special thanks to young Harry, Cameron and all the other lower area staff !

The hotel is clean, when we arrived 2 staff on reception were very helpful and friendly, but that was where it ended. You can't find staff. We wanted a drink at 9pm and no one was at the bar, no one at reception we had to wait for about 10 minutes for someone to turn up. |Only 30 minutes for WIFI which is ridiculous šŸ™„ we had a roll of toilet paper with only a quarter left no other roll in the room. Soap at the sink and in the shower was empty. But the worst was the sketching air-conditioned unit, it is so noisy if we didn't have earplugs no way we could have slept. Overall not the best experience.

I am a single mother and Edinburgh council gave me homeless status and kept me in this travelodge for 2 weeks. 24/7 someone was intentionally doing secondhand smoke and throwing things up in the above room as soon as 8 PM onwards I started feeling something as if my bones and heart started getting pain. I am a high blood pressure patient and my heart started getting pain due to this suspicious thing. My daughter is a teenager and she started having pain in her entire body and skin. What is this environment? They have no shame. A homeless mother and daughter were provided with this environment and that too intentionally. This happened to us everyday for entire 2 weeks. When we're out, they ll come into our room and touch our things. We have been homeless for 3 months and every travelodge we were put in does the same thing. We don't know what they are torturing and punishing us for?

Great value, comfortable room with all the amenities I needed. Stayed here for a night in August before catching an early bus to Edinburgh Airport. Air conditioning was crisp!
