Absolutely disgusting place. RGN wiped urine of the floor, with a hand towel and I don’t mean a paper one then left the old man and myself in the smell never mopped this up but very apoplectic, Three RGNs apologised then offered a larger room, not going to share photos at this time maybe later.

Good morning, I called to speak with the manager this morning, the person who answered the phone didn’t introduce herself, she insisted to know why I was calling when I explained I was interested in flexible work as a nurse she put the phone down. I thought it got cut off when I re dialled she told me in an abrupt manner not interested.
It’s left me with a sadly bad first impression if people like this lady don’t have manners to answer phone appropriately.
I will be speaking with Manager & sharing my concerns.

We Prime care 1 an agency suppling Nurses and Care staffs to Treetop nursing home for a long time. Regarding the payment we have not faced any problems from the management. We receive payment weekly wise and really thankful to Mr. M Biju. Management and staffs are very friendly and supportive.

The house is kept very clean, the staff and management are very friendly you always get made welcome. The food is always good and is always presented nicely. I always get offered a cup of tea. Everyone seem happy.
