Tricourt certainly know the meaning of team work, organisation and logistics.
They demonstrated professionalism, whilst being patient and kind, throughout the under-pinning work on my porch during January/February 2024. From the office-based staff who made the initial visit, handled the subsequent plans, communication between relevant authorities – to the team on the ground who worked in very cold and wet conditions; they all remained patient and answered my frequent enquiries throughout.
The team on the ground (Simon and Anthony) worked collaboratively, each knowing what was needed in that moment. The same applied when other members of the team joined on the days that extra hands were needed. Delivery of equipment and concrete was prompt.
They interacted with the relevant inspectors professionally and showed respect to me, my neighbours and my property.
Subsidence of my 10 year old porch was a huge disappointment to me: Tricourt has made the building safe, organised the appropriate paperwork from the Council and Water Company and lifted a huge worry from my shoulders. Very re-assuring - thank you to everyone at Tricourt.

The team worked through awful weather to deliver the works. Overcome any issue encountered. Design and build package. Not cheap but you get what you pay for and zero stress for piled foundations with slab on top for a domestic extension.

It’s not every often you dont want builders to hurry up and get offsite, but Tricourt chaps were such a delight, I was actually sad to see the team head off! They were onsite for 7:30am every morning and did an incredible job. They explained everything to us and were efficient and thoughtful. Only wish is that they did full builds as I would definitely have them to complete our renovation.
