Not a good experience at all. I was a resident at bradbury view the supported housing rooms they had been built by funding from Hampshire council and a private donor. After over coming homelessness addicting issues I lived there for over 3 years with no move on no real support which they claim to provide. I was told towards the end of my tenancy by there new appointed housing manager hayley I was due to finally move on which I waited for and worked so hards towards to be then housed with no option apart from homelessness again back in temporary shelter accommodation which in my opinion is a step backwards. I jumped through many hoops and overcome alot of issues ill be happy to share to be abandoned.i was then banned from trinity centre after a heated argument with another resident OUTSIDE the building. I know of many users that have been banned foe alot worse things then me and they've been giving a 2nd 3rd 4th chance. also my ban is 6months old wigh no issues. then ask at Christmas to br allowed in for a special Christmas lunch which is all funded by laingston house and was again denied. I've now been made aware that some banned users have been giving vouchers for venues to eat food else where. I have no family which Trinity are fully aware and just feel so abandoned and let down by what they claim to offer people with complete needs. So looks like a Christmas alone with no local friends to share a special moment with. It's just gone to complete pot if you ask me. I've spoken to both residents and service users and most completely agree. Where's the charity and love in that hay. I can see some of the positive reviews are wrote by either charity's that help fund trinity or trustees so please don't believe everything you read. Feel free to use there service and find out for yourself. Don't get me wrong 1 or 2 members of staff are very helpful but I bet your opinion will soon change if you used yourself. Merry Christmas all
