Worst housing association.
Do not care about the welfare of their tenants. Enable adults to bully and abuse young children.
Housing officers lie.
Do not repair property's correctly and leave issues for months.

I really couldn't fault Tuntum Housing Association. I am currently a tenant in one of their properties and they are amazing. They are extremely reliable and professional and always efficient. They deal with repairs exceptionally, dealt with quickly and repairs are completely to a very high standard. They are very professional via telephone and I honest do not have a single bad thing to say about them.

Staff were lovely.Security lights hanging from the ceiling.Smelled quite bad.Property was not suitable for viewing.Communal areas need updating.No overnight visitors allowed in own property.

Excellent housing team. Repairs are answered to and completed within time. Staff are friendly and reliable. Been here 5 years and never had a problem.

May aswell be homeless... this has been my back door since 2016, review written in 2021, and this is just 1 repair they have failed to complete. A massive fire safety risk. Gas safety and fire safety has never been done in the 8 years I have lived here, every appointment they give they never complete so make sure you call them the day before. My boiler is 18 years old and constantly breaking and they do nothing. Anything that is an expensive repair they have to put it to "management" which 98% of the time don't get accepted for funding, even if its a safety breech. Just awful, may aswell be homeless. If you are thinking of swapping House to a tuntum residency just don't, you will forever regret it.

My partner has been let down time and time again, no apologies just denied it, ruined our day off & let other people down as well. Always call them if they say they'll turn up at a certain time, day or week as so far not at all reliable

Great housing association. Although I had problems starting new job not paid on time they have been more than helpful. I would recommend them as they understand fully on situations. Thank u
