How to improve your health centre would be to put on more staff more doctors and to listen better to what the person is saying. Some people are small people with small bones not necessarily need eating disorder clinics particularly if they are fit and healthy with their tread mill and only eat 800 calories people can survive if small people on that. Particularly if they have a fantastic heart beat. My husband thinks this clinic is a good clinic. You need to think outside the box and look at everyone in an indiviual capicity everyone is different. You tend to put them all in one box. Put more telephone staff on and more doctors to give people an appointment.

I tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment. You can never get through on a morning and if you do they're fully booked. I registered elsewhere and got an appointment straight away. After taking blood test my suspicions were confirmed and I have diabetes.

Your appointment system is a joke and you're messing with peoples lives.

Not very helpful most of the times they will just tell you to take paracetamol. Sadly they just don't care about your health. They just want to quickly dismiss you.

Couldn’t care less about your health. If you can get an appointment then think yourself lucky. Every other surgery is fully functioning but this one is stuck in Covid mode. Poor

Can NOT get an appointment here. Call at 08:00 when the line opens and get an automated message saying they are too busy and to try again later. Absolute shambles
