Highly recommended. We have been customers of UBC Henley in Arden for over 7 years. We recently needed to change offices, the lovely centre manager Chris has gone above and beyond to accommodate us and we have signed up for a new office for the next year. Chris and Helen are very helpful and friendly and provide an excellent service. We always have comments from our visitors about how friendly and welcoming they find the centre.

Chris and Karen were extremely accommodating from our initial request (filming location), planning and on the day support. I have been using the facilities at UBCUK for 4 months now and cannot say enough good things about the space. Christine and Abbie run a tight ship and the communal areas are always clean and tidy. All offices have air-con which was an absolute haven in the recent heatwave. There is a real sense of community between the businesses that use this building and its so lovely to have an actual physical office to go to - I have had my fill of zoom calls! Thanks to the ladies for all their hard work to make this place so welcoming. Would highly recommend coming in for a tour and a chat to find out more info.

My business is a long term tenant at UBC Henley-in-Arden. The service we receive from Chris and the team is great and the office environment and facilities are excellent. The location is brilliant, it's such a lovely small town with pubs and restaurants and lovely lunchtime walks on our doorstep. Our business has been based at UBC in Henley in Arden for several years now and my experience of working with the team at the centre has always been very positive. The management team are extremely professional and helpful. They recently helped us with a move to larger office space over the Christmas break (in the same building) to accomodate our growing team, and managed to coordinate redecorating, furniture, wiring, removing a wall, and lots of other tech jobs allowing us to move in on our target date and really giving the new space the WOW factor! A fantastic location in the quiet but quirky Warwickshire town, with plenty of shops and pubs to visit at lunchtime if you need a breath of fresh air (or a pint!).
