I have done a number of these , & the last one I found to be stressful & was ill afterwards. I did report back but got no feedback. I felt everything was rushed & some of the test a quite exhausting, a bit claustrophobic, noisy, & no time to recover. I won’t be doing it again.

Great experience, I was a little nervous but no need...staff were brilliant, kind, and experienced. Comfortable venue and snacks and drinks were available throughout my 5 hour visit. I would not hesitate to go back.

The four to five hours spent at the centre didn't seem excessive & it always seemed like you were kept busy being scanned, answering questions verbally or on the computer.

The staff were kindness itself when a taxi driver dropped me in the wrong place and I arrived puffed out and worried as I hadn't been able to locate the building or anybody to direct me. (a sign on the end of the building that faces the main road would help find it). I was well looked after and the staff were lovely and kept me well informed of what was being done and why. Glad to help medical research you never know when you may need help.

The staff are both friendly and professional as they lead you through a series of scans and measurement. Volunteers are welcomed and respected for their contribution.
Lovely sandwiches, salad and fruit supplied with plenty of tea and coffee.
