A very useful facility which as the name suggests provides diagnostic services including MRI, CT scans and echocardiograms. Free parking and no need to spend all day looking for a space. Staff were friendly and the buildings were very clean. The first group of buildings which look like mobile units are for CT and MRI scans there is a more permanent looking building that has a reception area where all the other services are undertaken. The only downside for me is it's well over an hour's drive away but that's Lincolnshire.

Accompanied husband who was having a scan and watched in shocked amazement at the treatment by a receptionist to a chap who'd been booked in for an appointment in the pm by his GP surgery . Unfortunately it appeared the clinic had been cancelled but he hadn't been informed. Yes the receptionist apologised, but her whole attitude was shocking and myself and several other people in the waiting room thought she was handling the situation totally wrong. At one point she told the man to leave as he was being abusive! And earlier told him not to speak to her as she wouldn't stand abuse. At no point was this poor man being anything but polite. Frustrated yes, but you can't blame him for turning up to find the clinic was cancelled. All in the waiting room were utterly perplexed at how she was dealing with him. Power crazy springs to mind! I myself worked in the nhs up to retirement and would never, and have never, spoken to a patient in that manner. It was shocking to watch. I think further training wouldn't go amiss for this lady.

Attended the site for an MRI scan, was greeted by staff very promptly both HCA and radiographer were very welcoming and delivered a very high standard of service and care. The lady I didn’t get her name was a true asset to ULHT I believe she was Bank staff, her engagement with me whilst I was awaiting my scan was wonderful she ensured I was comfortable before the scan began and showed kindness throughout. A very positive experience. A credit a to our NHS , thank you.

I took my son for a scan 1.3.2024. The staff were lovely and his GP had the results the same day. But what I really want to praise is a member of staff (I didn't get her name) And 3 members of a construction group that went above and beyond to help me when my car wouldn't start. They were fantastic and I can't thank them enough. Thank you for looking after me and getting me back on the road.

Excellent medical facility with a large car park
Check in was easy and the staff a credit to the NHS,the doctors were great and put me at ease (white coat syndrome)No wait my appointment was on time,absolutely no complaints
If you use maps to get here it will try to send you in through Moy Park chicken factory the real entrance being the next one but it is well signposted

Visited this clinic yesterday and was very pleased with my appointment. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. The premises were clean and tidy and toilet facilities excellent. So very helpful to be able to park so close to the entrance, so different from the struggle to find a space at the county's hospitals and often long walk to the entrance and then to your department. Very happy to return here.

An absolute shambles. Sent there for an x-ray as would supposedly get done quicker than waiting for a hospital appointment. Went and waited for over an hour, only then to be told, they don't have a radiographer (which they knew about the day before, yet still booked people in and made them wait!). Went again, only to be told they had a flooded floor, so are not doing x-rays. So two weeks on, no x-ray. However, said I can go to the hospital and wait. Unfortunately, I do have to work! so cannot spend my day waiting at Grantham hospital.
