It has been miserable living here. Staff are negligent and it costs far too much for what you actually get. It's like living in a shoebox. Theres no security. My fire alarm didnt work for 3 months. The internet is awful. Would not recommend

The renovation noise upstairs should be from the sixth floor. It's extremely noisy. Sometimes on weekends, you can even hear a group of Indians Shouting there

Stayed briefly during the summer as they offer accommodation for a festival.
Room was pretty tiny but alright. Called itself a double bed. Was more of a large single.
The lifts made some pretty strange sounds and 2 out of 3 only had two working bulbs, making it pretty dim in there.

I recently booked a student accommodation at Greetham Halls and had a very positive experience. Tom Phillips, a member of the staff, was particularly helpful throughout the process. He assisted me with the booking and took the time to give me a tour of the facilities. Tom also took some professional photos in the common room, which captures a spectacular view. His professionalism and attention to detail were much appreciated. I’m looking forward to spending a great year at Greetham Halls!

I was living in peace until couple days ago. I have been treated like a criminal unfortunately because how I look I guess, because I’m Arabic and Muslim (I’m pretty sure she was racist), her name is Natalie , she stopped me and didn’t let me get inside the building and started investigating me while at least 20 people entered the building without having an access card, but because they are white and blonde she didn’t even ask them and let them entered.

I’m so depressed and because of them I couldn’t even got my laptop to do my assignment, also I was thinking about dropping out the university and thank for them (Natalie, Ella, Isabelle).

On a positive note, I want to thank James, Molly, Aivaris, and Suzie. These four individuals have been amazing, consistently checking on my needs and offering help whenever I encountered issues.

I tried to contact the managers in the building and costumer service and no response from both.

Stayed here for victorious festival just before term starts! Good luck to all the new undergrads. Rooms are a little small but have 4ft double bed which is nice. Big desk area and plenty of shelving and some drawers. Bathroom is compact but easy to keep clean and works well. Everything is modern and efficient. Staff helpful and quick to set us up with room key.

Nice rooms and kitchens but over priced with a massive design flaw. Fire doors between flats are not alarmed and annoying students can just Waltz through into your flat. In our case they stole stuff from the kitchen. I know our case isn't the only one of this happening either. So if you want to feel safe this is NOT the place. Staff couldn't really do much apart from shut the door again. They have the same issue in Chaucer house and I assume this extends to other unite student properties since they are copy and paste designs. All you need to do is alarm the doors since they are... you know... fire doors. I assume this wasn't done for usual greedy money reasons. Laundry is also very expensive.
