I became a member of United By Wool last year. I visited the shop regularly until lockdown and can't wait to start back when it reopens next week. The shop, which has been redesigned over the past few weeks, is stocked with a fantastic range of wool and assorted haberdashery. As well as the fabulous shop, a must visit for any wool-acholic, It's home to a great charity supported by over 1200 members. You can call in for a knit & natter group, have a chat and usually a good laugh; learn to knit or crochet in a really friendly atmosphere and if you wish you, can donate the finished garment to the charity. Come and see for yourself!!

A fantastic charity to be apart of. A brilliant range of knitting/Crochet yarns/wool at a very reasonable price also patterns,kneedles and hooks and much much more. Friendly,helpfull,tallented ladies/men to help you with your crafts. Learn to knit/crochet and much more. Drop in for a cuppa and see for yourself.

The woman that works there is so helpful and lovely, she recommended what products would be best, gave me loads of advice. I'll definitely be in there more now 😊 even if you want to learn how to do anything, there's loads of patterns etc.
