Urban outreach is a front only a select few will get anything they will not help you if your homeless. They want my bank details in order to get a food parcel. They are suspect. The electricity that the so called charity gives you goes on your electricity bill as dept they don't tell you that. If you phone your supplier they will do that for you anyway. They will let you believe they have given it to you. Don't waste your time it takes four too five weeks for them to get back to you anyway

Went to collect the grant for my gas and electric. Not allowed inside! Had quite a wait outside in the freezing cold and strong wind (luckily it wasn't raining) until the 1 lady dealing with people was free. She was very pleasant and polite but obviously rushed off her feet. Took her quite a few minutes to deal with my grant.

Had to park some distance away as it is all double yellow lines on the road.

Wow. Loads of fresh fruit n veg, nothing that'll spoil, the cereal I'd choose, toothpaste, razors. People who, in a brief exchange of words and smiles have reminded me. Life? It's not all good but hey, that's all good. We all have some of these days. Big gratitude Sophie Tucker

Just to let you all know these people have a warehouse stocked to the brink with food but yet their is English people in dire emergency who simply are refused this service and or are forced to wait over 10 days for a food parcel, They've closed down numerous good hearted charity's including "nice" in town and many others, Do not provide this "charity" with your food give it to a charity who genuinely want to help people in poverty, You should be closed down and forced to pay back the millions you've received in donations and also the wages they receive on a monthly, ask yourself what charity pays there volunteers lol this place is a joke and is a black hole to make money, Millions of pounds in assets, multiple warehouses full too the brim with food but yet still they demand donations from good people and take a heap share from Bolton Council, Close this place down and invest in real charity's, Because urban outreach is a profitable organisation and pay there staff whom are classed as "volunteers" its vile how these people are still being given donations but other places who are willing to bend over backwards for you simply receive nothing.

Thank you so much for the parcel and flowers. My wife and I were overwhelmed wondering how on earth we were going to go to shops for essentials. We cannot thank you enough, as my wife was so anxious and seeing you at our gate was like a miracle. Thank you xx
