I took a wood mouse in today and was greeted by Jacob on reception who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I could see his passion for animals however small and it made me feel there are wonderful people out there that that care for animals like I do. Keep up the great work. I am so very proud of places like this and will make a donation shortly to ensure you stay doing the good work.

Took an injured wood pigeon to them this evening and, although he did have to be put to sleep, I felt that they were giving the best care possible. Fantastic 24 hour service for wildlife rescue and rehab.

This place and the work they do is inspiring! Brought in a baby sparrow today and he was immediately taken in, and we were given details so we could follow up on his progress. Fingers crossed for little Brian Birdy and thank you guys for the amazing work you do!

I attended a course on the welfare of Hedgehogs. A very interesting day that could have taken two days not just the one, but Jeff handled us all very well. Sixteen students of all ages, with only myself and one other man, so, well done ladies for caring so much for the hogs, Staff very friendly and we all had a gr at day. Surprise surprise you will be handling a Hedgehog and giving it an injection of fluids, very good to get some practical experience but just wait for the surprise ?

Thanks Vale for looking after so much of the wildlife, not just hedgehogs. It currently costs over £600k a year to keep running so your donations are put to great use. Thanks ? good luck for the future

This Wildlife Hospital is a Charity run mainly by volunteers. I was impressed by the number of rescued animals that they care for, and particularly by the quality and devotion of the staff. We'll worth supporting either at this site, or at the charity shop in Tewkesbury, or online .

Took a sick hedgehog in 2 weeks ago, have called twice and she’s doing really well . Gone from 175oz to 328oz in weight, needs one more dose of antibiotics this week, she’s nocturne herself and eating well . Thank goodness we took her to this amazing wildlife hospital the staff are incredible.
