From our very first appointment to our last, the process was very smooth, the team were very friendly professional but most of all made us feel at ease. Our expectations were managed, the actual procedure was no stress as we were in very good hands. Highly recommend the whole team in Nottingham, Duncan, Marianne, Helen and Gemma. The treatment went well and I’m pleased with the results so far. Few bruises to heal but overall much much better.
The procedure itself was fine and very interesting as you get to watch on the scan if you want to. Dr Regi and the nurse were very attentive, polite and courteous and made me feel at ease. The booking centre were very helpful when I called and they were polite and informative.
Would highly recommend if you were thinking of going for such treatment. It’s improved my confidence to show my legs and wear the clothes I want to. Well worth the money.

A excellent service,
explained throughout the treatment,
what was happening. I felt relaxed and reassured.
Aftercare explained after treatment.
Mr Drury spoke of his background and experience in dealing with varicose veins.
I would recommend anyone who needs treatment to go and visit Mr Drury, I can’t praise him enough.
Staff at the clinic the nurses, receptionists were all polite and welcoming, soon as you entered the door.

The professionalism I got from the initial contact answering all my questions gave me the confidence to continue through to consultation and treatment.
That confidence was borne out from the moment I entered the Nottingham Clinic to be greeted with my name by the receptionist
This continued during the consultation and subsequent treatment with both the Doctor and Nurse continuing the clinical procedures with complete professionalism while at the same time creating an atmosphere of calm with some fun making the whole experience easy and pleasant.
I have no hesitation in recommending both the Nottingham Clinic and the Veincentre as a whole for their excellent service

Outstanding experience
Outstanding experience. I was advised to consult the vein centre by my daughter. The information provided on their website is thorough, clear and informative. So when I arrived at their Nottingham centre I felt well informed as to the options. The staff are delightful friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. The doctor and his assistants were brilliant. The options were explained very clearly. I was shown the veins on the ultrasound scan and the proposed procedure explained. I felt in no doubt that I had done the right thing. Subsequent email information was sent with tips about expectations and management and appropriate reminders. The procedure - the endovenous laser ablation was performed under local anaesthetic and I was able to continue normal daily living activities without a break. The result has been excellent. The large unsightly veins which were causing discomfort, ankle swelling and varicose eczema have almost disappeared. My concerns about the possibility of developing varicose ulcers later have been allayed. I highly recommend the veincentre.

From start to finish I was in really good hands with the team at Nottingham. The research and booking process was easy, and there were quick responses to any questions I had pre the procedure itself.
The clinic itself is lovely- very clean and welcoming - and Jane is a star. I was made to feel very welcome and everything ran smoothly and to time. Dr Regi and the team are brilliant, and right from the start made sure I was ok and understood completely what was happening as things progressed. There had been, and continued to be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, and the whole procedure was completed in around an hour.
The aftercare information was really accurate and helped me plan for pain management (pain was minimal- more uncomfortable than painful) and I was able to carry on walking and light jogging after a week.
It was lovely to see Dr Regi and the team again yesterday for my ‘signoff’ at the clinic, and I’m so pleased with my treatment and experience as a whole, and of course, the result! I’m back properly running, and going to the gym etc. and can truly say that if you’re considering the Nottingham Clinic, you’ve nothing to be concerned about. It’s a first class team 😊

The whole team at Veincentre Nottingham have been fantastic. From start to finish everyone has been extremely helpful, considerate and caring. Dr Regi was very reassuring, I felt completely at ease (despite being nervous of needles!) throughout the procedures. Everybody, including the nurses and Jane on reception were fab and I’ll highly recommend them.

Had my varicose veins treated 8 weeks ago with a follow up appointment 3 days ago. I am over the moon with the results and regret not doing it sooner. The doctors, nurses and office staff were all wonderful and made me extremely comfortable and relaxed. I was told at every process what would happen and what to expect. I would recommend to anybody thinking about it not to delay and it will be worth every penny
