I cannot thank the girls that looked after my mum enough , we were very reluctant to have carers in but I’m so glad we did . The girls treated my mum with dignity and love . Nothing was too much trouble, every morning they came in with a smile and a story. Thank you all , Dawn, Ewelina,Tammy,Ami,Jo and Jo. Xxxxx

Absolutely diabolical, disorganised chaos. Since Christmas eve we have had 15 visits not made, these are where no one was assigned, put down for wrong visit times or mostly just the carers running so late that my poor disabled dad has had to take my mother to the toilet, this is unacceptable. The carers themselves are lovely and are kind and caring, however, the office needs to have a change of staff to enable it to run efficiently. We have had many occasions where the staff have told us of a problem they have had and rang into the office to let the patient know and this hasn't been done so they have encountered very upset patients when they have next visited. We also have been advised when we have asked individual carers about visits being missed they have told us that they were available for work but not been given the jobs. What is going on 0* for the office but 5* for the actual carers....

I'm aghast at the atrocious service provided by this company... whilst the actual carers are good and hard working the office communications are dreadful.
My mother was left lying all day on the bedroom floor with nothing to eat or drink until my brother called in the early evening and found her with a full catheter bag.
This is not the first time she has been "missed" out but I'd already stressed to the office if there was a problem to let me know so I could remedy the situation.
