Usually when I donate items the staff are fine, today I tried to donate two loads before closing time and the shop assistant started shouting at me. He then said leave them outside I don’t want them when I said to him I’m not sure why you’re shouting at me when I’m donating some items, as I mentioned I’m moving house so can’t come again and apologised that my last load was delivered at 5:02pm (they close at 5pm - the guy was mopping up). Made me feel really uncomfortable and shocked that he was refusing donations…

So rude! Just carried a massive bag of good quality items to the shop. The woman working there shut the door in my face, while pointing to a sign saying ‘no donations’. I certainly won’t do that again. No need for the rudeness. Has really not made my day
