No help whatsoever.
I contacted them about a complaint I was making against local NHS services following the passing of my mum.
I was sent a booklet detailing all the "help" they provided..
Then all I received were emails asking how it was going.
In Jan. 2024 I got a notification that the company was under new management and the name would be changing, along with the person with whom I had been in contact.
I had to confirm I still needed their support. As I was approaching a resolution meeting with the hospital, I confirmed...
Have heard nothing from them since.
Useless.
They have been no support at all.

Suggested this organisation to someone who needed support! Wished I had not when I saw first hand the lack of support is given! Deadlines of support needed by where not met! Then excuses made!
