Located just off Roundhay Road. It is a complex of about 2 to 3 large buildings. This place is lovely inside and perfect for those with disabilities to get around as it has a lift. Nicely decorated with pictures reflecting what goes on in the community. Spaces are rented by small and up and coming businesses. Owned and managed by Unity Housing Association this place is clean and tidy and feels airy. All staff and users are lovely and helpful. Don't think you can walk in and out because you can't as security is tight and by appointment only. Only negative is that the place is a bit cold.

This is a fantastic place of learning. The courses and training workshops they hold there are great. You can help yourself to tea, coffee, biscuits etc... I just think sometimes it can get a bit noisy and hot but not enough to drop a star

Attended a training course. Despite VAL being an old building I was pleasantly surprised how wheelchair friendly it was to access the building and staff were available to attend to my needs. Also relieved there has disabled parking instead of having to park on the street.

A really lovely place. Welcoming with lots of plants and areas to sit that makes for an inviting visit. The people are friendly and the building is unique and great for parking. Would recommend.

Hire them! VAL have taken care of our charity's payroll for years now and we highly recommend. Really professional, yet friendly, approachable and value for money.
