We had a cocktail too, it went very well with the meal. Big shout out to the hard worker Nuchy! What a lovely woman, she served us very well. Thank you a tonne! Thank you to the chefs for the lovely meal and the great hospitality. Thank you all

Incredible experience. I don't typically eat this style of food or typically attend restaurants. However I had two friends visiting from Norway & was showing them my local town. I'm not the greatest fan of this area & felt some shame comparing my local home environment. I didn't feel it was comparable to elsewhere. However when they decided they wanted this style of food, we checked the local area and decided to check out Wagamama. I feel so much joy! The service was excellent & I felt so accommodated with being allowed time to find foos I am comfortable with. The waitress Nushy was so joyful and positive. Supporting me and my friends who aren't custom the local area. Nushy also respected our gender identity as we are LGBTQIA+. When it came to the food, I was shockingly surprised at the delicious taste and my preconceived expectations were blown out of the water. My food choices going forward are permanently changed, i will be eating more of this & definitely eating at Wagama again. The biggest feeling this visit has left me with is pride. I'm prouder of my local area & proud to be able to show off such a excellent restaurant to my friends. Thank you so much for this confidence in my home & thank you Nushy for the support with how to be a Wagamama Customer!

Food was great. The service was good, we got our food quite quickly. We got the chicken katsu (double protein) and udon noodles with chicken and prawns (double protein). One thing to mention is that the double protein didnt feel like it was actually double. But regardless it was filling and tasty.

The service is attentive, Cynthia is friendly and offered us warm welcome. We were offered a complimentary dessert to share at the end of the meal. There is a limited choice on the wine list but the average quality Pinot Grigio is drinkable. Chicken gyoza is of poor quality, the wrapper is soggy and the ingredients are not enough. Chicken and prawn yaki soba is average, only had two little prawns and chicken and other vegetables are not finely chopped. The noodles portion is small. Pork belly ramen tastes good, pork belly is tender and the noodles are well cooked. Presentation can be improved. Atmosphere is good and the space is clean. A lunch as part of the shopping trip. Food quality is average and should be improved. The bill comes to £62 excluding service charge for two people.

I took my daughters here yesterday, we have been to other venues but Romford was by far one of the greatest- we ordered an array of starters and mains and all were cooked to perfection, the manager dealt with our allergies and kept us happy throughout making sure all service was ok. We will be back 😁
