Jacqueline is the best pharmacist in the country. Her drive and determination to help out all of the customers at this Walgreens is nothing short of extraordinary. I could go to closer pharmacies in my area but Jacqueline’s customer service keeps me coming back!!

Terrible experience - rude - long wait - disorganized. Be careful to avoid coming during lunch breaks when the pharmacy sits down in the middle of the day. Still waiting 5 minutes past break time for help or to be acknowledged.

Booked a PCR appointment online that I needed for work. When I got there - the clerk looked at me so confused - came to find out they have no tests they are all expired. You can do much better than this. What a waste of time and energy.

Horrible, not only not customer service but if you are dealing with the pharmacy, they will be the worst. A Pharmacists who just don't let you speak and if you are lucky to start talking then he will overtalk saying "NO" and everything even what he have not heard from you , will be "NO". I am looking for a nice pharmacy.Update:, complaint several times the problem is the Manager and his inability to speak English in a extremely rude manner up to hanging the phone on you.

There only seems to be one person that knows photo every time i come they get this young gentleman I seen him often , and the original cashier just leaves me until he comes it’s every time , overall very patient and sweet , told me to take the photos for free because I was waiting 20 minutes with NO ONE TO ATTEND ME.

I have never had a worse experience at a pharmacy than I have here. I have been argued with and ignored and left without answers multiple times. When I finally got fed up and attempted to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy I was questioned on that as well and finally needed my doctors to call in new scripts for everything. Most of the staff is friendly and as helpful as they're allowed to be, but the pharmacist is a nightmare to deal with.

Yet again, Walgreens fails. I must admit, the pharmacist was polite. That nicety aside, Walgreens seems to look for new and creative ways to complicate any prescription process. I have encountered issues that I have not with CVS or a local pharmacy. I will not buy so much as a bottle of water from this incompetent company, a corporeal legal entity whose avoidance of insolvency is stunning.

I’ve been in here a few times now and have had some bad interactions with some of the staff; most recently the pharmacy. To be fair, there was one gentleman who took the time to help me out initially, but it seemed that the other individuals were more concerned with their break than helping me resolve an issue (that was on the end). Essentially I needed Covid tests immediately (which were covered by my health plan) and they told me to come back after their break when they already put through one of my orders and wouldn’t complete a second one. Talk about caring for the customer huh?
