Before coming to Walnut Grove (on Slade Road, Portishead), I was really struggling with stiffness, as well as an ongoing sciatica issue.

Despite strong painkillers, I could barely walk at times, and found doing anything very difficult. After a session at Walnut Grove, I found my stiffness was eased, and pain reduced.

I have been going to Walnut Grove, to see the Osteopath, for some months now, and they provide much needed work on my neck and back.

(I have also had a Hot Stone Massage there, which was lovely; my Mum also attends, for acupuncture.)

For help and relief from joint/back issues, I highly recommend the professionals at Walnut Grove.

This was my first visit to Walnut Grove, so there was some background information to fill in, which Anthony did carefully and efficiently. He has a peasant manner, which immediately put me at ease.
Proceeding to the treatment, he was meticulous and competent. I expect to feel progress before my next appointment in a week's time.

I received a warm welcome from Jane at reception today on my first visit at the Walnut Grove and an excellent initial assessment by Kathryn. Kathryn was very thorough and professional, explaining everything she was doing throughout my assessment and its relevance to my pain and discomfort. The warm couch was a dream on this chilli day! I was given a comprehensive list of exercises to do to support my issue. Thanks very much, I was really pleased today

First appointment for Osteopathy with Anthony. He took the time to understand my back and shoulder problems including a long and convoluted history. He is clearly very highly skilled and seeks to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. On top of that he is a really nice bloke with great conversation. All round a 5* experience, keep up the good work and see you soon.

Kathryn is knowledgeable, empathetic and very good at what she does! A couple of sessions, with acupuncture, has been enormously helpful for my extremely painful neck issues. I would 100% recommend! Thank you!

I went to Walnut Grove last week (first visit) for help with my back. Anthony did a thorough exam and put my mind at ease that it was a muscular strain. He worked on my back and recommended icing. Within 3 days I was feeling perfect again. Today's follow up showed I was all better. Thanks for helping me get back into my exercise. I highly recommend WG and specifically Anthony.
